2016 National Western Stock Show

It has been a busy couple of weeks around the Burch Farm. Brayson got to show for the first time at the National Western Stock Show. Last week he showed a goat and this week he showed his steer, Remington. He and Remington managed to bring home a beautiful buckle with a Reserve Champion Showmanship honor, and they were 3rd in the Jr. Market Show in the Maine class. I think it goes without saying, but the kids has show fever! Calving season is in full swing, we are excited about the potential that the calves that have hit the ground have!
